Well, I don't necessarily desperately want to see these done nor do I have an intense interest, but anime can make serious business of absolutely anything, no matter how silly - even top spinning. Because of the massive amount of animated shows in Japan, some of these could very well already exist.
Highland dancing
Double Dutch jump roping
Ballroom dancing
Bowling
Royal employees (not the princess, prince, etc. but maybe the cooks or maids or whatever, in the palace)
Fashion designer
Fast food workers (would you like drama with those fries?)
Jazz players
